Dear friends and readers,
I am glad to be among you as Ambassador of Italy to Israel, an extraordinary country where roads, faiths and ideas meet.
A deep friendship, a close communality of values and aspirations, unite our two peoples and our two countries, which shore the same Mediterranean sea.
In 2022 we celebrated 73 years of bilateral diplomatic relations. We have built a solid partnership, with intense political and institutional relations. We cooperate in many fields, from culture to science and technology, from tourism to trade and energy. Friendship with Israel is an all-round friendship.
We continue to work, all of us at the Embassy of Italy, to strengthen this friendship. We are committed to offering our contribution for a future of peace and prosperity and I am certain that in this regard I can count also on the support of the Italian community.
