PRENOTA@Mi The new online booking portal

The new PRENOTA@Mi portal is a new online portal for booking appointments for consular services (the Portal has definitively replaced the “Book Online portal”).
Compared to the previous system, PRENOTA@Mi offers some new features.
The security level has been increased and stronger authentication systems have been introduced in order to ascertain the authenticity of the user. The new graphic interface, which is simpler, more intuitive and user-friendly, also aims to simplify the user’s approach during registration and the booking process. The new portal has also a waiting list management system, that allows the user to keep the priority acquired at the time of the booking and provides a feedback even in the momentary absence of appointments. The user can upload the documents necessary for the provision of the booked service, during the booking phase, thus reducing processing times at the counter on the day of the appointment.
