The Accademia d’Arti e Mestieri Teatro Alla Scala offers, for the academic year 2019-2020, two distinct types of scholarships.
1. 11 scholarships of 9 months each, for young foreign opera singers who will pass the selection tests for attending the specialization course in opera singing organized by the Academy. The scholarships start from 1 January 2020 and the monthly purse amounts to € 900.00. The call for applications will soon be published on the Academy’s website. It will be possible to apply from 04.09.19 to 01.10.19.
2. 5 scholarships for attending the Specialization Course in “Performing Arts Management” (https://www.accademialascala.it/en/management-en/master-in-performing-arts-managemen-en/ ), for which it will be possible to apply until September 4th, 2019 for candidates from non-EU countries and until October 1st, 2019 for candidates from EU countries. The scholarships will have a duration of 6 months starting from January 1st, 2020 and a monthly purse of € 900.00. The aim of the Master is to prepare high-level professionals with specific economic managerial skills able to operate in the world of live entertainment.
