A central element of the agreement is the protection of workers following employer companies and the total calculability and transferability of pensions. The text, in fact, is limited to these two cases, and does not address the issue of coordination methods for transborder attainment of rights and other social services. At the basis of the agreement is the wish to guarantee Italian citizens who have worked in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Italy<\/st1:country-region> before moving to <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Israel<\/st1:country-region> the possibility of receiving directly in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\">Israel<\/st1:country-region> a pension consistent with the dues paid in <st1:country-region w:st=\"on\"><st1:place w:st=\"on\">Italy<\/st1:place><\/st1:country-region>.
