Please note that Italian Honorary Consulates are not entitled to issue ETDs (Emergency Travel Document). However, Italian Honorary Consulates can forward the applications to the relevant Italian Diplomatic/Consular Missions and deliver the resulting document to the applicant. The mailing cost will be covered by the applicant. Please note that on and before bank holidays it might not be possible to issue ETDs except in emergency cases.
