The Directorate for Global Affairs (DGMO) and the Directorate for European Affairs (DGUE) of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation have issued the Public Notices to grant contributions to initiatives presented by Italian and foreign private entities.
These Public Notices, which are aimed at favoring the Italian participation to peace and humanitarian initiatives at the international level, are listed and available to the following official website: https://www.esteri.it/it/trasparenza_comunicazioni_legali/sovvenzioni_contributi_sussidi_vantaggi_economici/criterimodalita/
With regards to the application procedures, entities which are registered in extra-EU Countries (such as Israel) shall present their application only through the territorially relevant Embassy of Italy. In addition, the self-certification models which are outlined in the Public Notices shall be replaced by the appropriate documentation applicable in the belonging Country and undergo the consular legalization procedure at the Embassy.
Finally, in compliance with the deadline of the Public Notices (15 September 2023 for DGMO and 30 September for DGUE), the date of the stamp of the Embassy at the reception of the application will be taken as proof.
