To vote in the upcoming Constitutional Referendum on March 22-23, 2026, it is essential that the postal address registered in the consular register is up-to-date and complete. You can check the address associated with your card by connecting to the FastIT portal.
If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to create a user account (not the one used for the Prenotami portal) and request association with your consular file. Association is automatic and processed directly by the system. If there are inconsistent data, such as a different address, the association will be done manually bythe consular operators and may take 24-48 hours. Once associated with your file, if you changed your residential address, you can notify the Consulate with a new “Report a change of Residence“.
You can find all the instructions on this page: Registry Office – Italian Embassy Tel Aviv. Please note that for proper and expeditious processing of your application, you will need to upload:
- The completed FastIT form, signed by all adult Italian citizens requesting an address change;
- A copy of the applicant’s passport;
- Supporting documentation showing the new address (Arnona, Sefach of the Teudat Zeut, utility bill, etc.).
Please note that Italian laws require that the change of address be reported to the authorities within 90 days of the change of residence. On this regard, be informed that there is no automatic exchange of information between the Misrad HaPnim and this Embassy.
Finally, please remember that the ballot will be mailed based on the personal details in your file. Therefore, if you have changed your name (by marriage or through an administrative procedure), it is essential that, pending the initiation of a name change, the surname on your Italian passport is also listed on your mailbox.
